Chair Series: Poul Volther, Pyramid Chair, 1958.


This rare seating design with its curved back elements cradles the user in upholstered comfort and predicts the growin sculptural confidence that was to emerge in Scandinavian design during the 1960’s. The pyramid chair was produced by the Allerod-based family-run furniture workshop.
